it's most likely those wheels. chrome wheels tend to pit around the flange were the bead sits. fix a flat makes pitting worse because it deteriorates the chrome material. the glue stuff they used was bead sealer. that works well sometimes but it's not a permanent fix. you're going to have to change your wheels out at some time. if this is the exact cause anyway. i'd bet money that it is.
