The basic idea with adjustable shocks is to adjust to what your car can handle. You want them as stiff as possible, but because we're FWD, you may want your fronts a little softer to get a little extra grip to prevent pushing too much in the corners. Thinking of that in reverse, having your rears stiffer will help slide your rear around more. I got into autox a little last summer (not competitively) and its hella fun. Good luck!
