Well a true coilover system is upwards of $1400 and I think there's only one person on the board who has them.

They're probably just installed wrong... double check for any metal to metal contact, it could be something as simple as a washer in the wrong place. I know it took me a few tries to get it just right. I have Arospeed coilovers and it rides just fine, well, as fine as one inch of wheel travel will allow.

*edit: if you hear a loud clanking noise while turning at a steep incline, that's normal. There's nothing you can do there, except take it slowly.
