There is no point in running the MSD so I would remove it. Either add the mosfets to MS to fire coils directly or use a 4g63 transistor pack.
Can anyone else confirm this?

That would defeat the purpose of having an MSD box. It can drive the ignition coil directly...

So at this point, I guess I need to find out why those LEDs are night lighting...Is there a way to check the two trigger wires out of the MS ECU to see if there IS or IS NOT a signal from the MS ECU to determine if the ECU is damaged or not?

It depends on how your ECU is configured. As we discussed on AIM, the LED's indicate the ECU is sending a spark signal. If they're not blinking while the engine is cranking, the ECU isn't sending a signal. This could be due to having the wrong settings or a damaged processor.

I suggest posting pictures of the board, so we can determine how it was configured, plus a copy of your MSQ file.
