When looking at your VE table, the area where your vacuum and RPM meet is your current BIN. Idle bins are where it sits when at idle. Adjusting the number up or done affects the pulse width of the fuel injectors, and therefore making the mixture richer or leaner. Thank you that makes a little more sense. I will have it infront of me when I get home and should be able to get it. I have read them, and many articles before but i can't really comprehend all of it without someone to explain certain parts more in depth. I'm
