#3632, "JAW (DIY Wideband) Finished W/Case... (56k NO!)"

Well after some searching for housings and other various things, ive came up with my own case idea... Maybe u guys will like it, maybe u guys wont, but im happy...

Most of the parts are from Radio Shack, the case I got from a website called Circuit Specialists ( www.cir.com or www.web-tronics.com ) The LM317 is isolated from the housing using a "mica" pad with a lil heat sink compound on both sides, (be careful not to use a metal mounting screw to the case, and if u do, make sure its isolated.) I got the mica pad from a kit for my DIY ECU (Megasquirt) You might be able to send the guys at www.DIYAutotune.com an email to see how much it would cost for some pads or where to source them. Everything else is pretty simple, especially if you have a dremel and time. This took me a few hours to put together. Just my addition to the housing database.
