#132770, "igntion harness is smoking"

heres the deal. Im standalone MS and car previously worked.
I took the relays and wiring for things that weret being used ne more ie: A/C,EVAP fans.

the "Ignition switch" or its harness i didnt touch the ignition wires (at least i didnt think so..)

The black with white strip wire shows 3.5V, which this should be 12v, and 12v while cranking correct?

The white wire shows 4.5V..this is the wire that connects to the fuse box, and is fused with a 30A fuse..its interesting how i get the voltage, when the fuse isnt even in!?

Ans the blue wire (corner one) is 12 v.

when key is in, no smoking, it stars to smoke when i put it in the run Pos, the blue (corner one) starts smoking as well as the black white stripe wire...idk what gives.

are the 2 relays on the interior fuse box for the ig switch?
