the actual seal is easy
once you drop the tranny, you pry the old one out with a flat screwdriver. pick up new seal and install it DRY (do not oil the inside) then place it in the grove and tap gently and evenly with a plastic mallet untill its flush. rebolt tranny and all's good
easier then redoing the timing ( )
