That should work. However, looking at Crane's cam's offered the (10 vs 10, 12 vs 12, & 4g 14 vs 420a 16), the 4g cams have more overlap. They have a lot more duration & lift, though. Crane's 4g 14 has more overlap than the 420a 18's. But, at 0.050" lift, none of them have any overlap.
I don't know about crowers cams, though.
