HOT TO TEST PARASITIC DRAW:

Remove ground cable on battery.
Between battery and ground cable, install testlight in series. The light will light up as long as something is drawing on the battery. Radio memory will draw on the battery but the testlight will not remain lit due to this small amperage.

If your testlight remains lit, dim or bright, leave it connected to the battery and ground cable.

begin removing fuses one at a time to see if the testlight goes out. if and when it does, you have found the circuit the short or draw is on.

Do not forget to remove any aftermarket circuits you have added.

Terry
