Not to sound like an ass but... Sounds like this car and its tuning have gone beyond your ability. You might need to back off playing with it until you understand some more of the fundamentals of tuning and building. If you don't know what SBR did (and it doesnt sound like they have a clue about the 420a) then you might need to step back and find someone who has more tuning ability in your area that can help you get all these basics worked out.
