I had that same problem, my car would always hesitate and buck at low rpms, I took off my MSD coil pack and put on the stock one and its 95% better....still a little bit of hesitation at really really low rpms, but i'm pretty sure it is my plug wires...they don't seal properly and I think it lets too much moisture in..
