The EVAP system starts at the gas tank with the roll over valve. vacuum lines and vent lines comes up to the engine bay and off to teh charcoal canister which filter the gas fumes to vent. The solenoid and other EVAP junk is up front behind the bumper on the passenger side.

The roll over valve itself is junk from what I hear, I doubt you have to be boosted for it to break. Mine may be toast, I pulled the code when I got emissions tested. There's also the possability I smoked out teh charcoal anister running as rich as I have and being untuned with a bad O2 for a while. I'll get under there and check the valve eventually.
