The ends are just basic -6an or -8an male fittings (I used 8's for the turbo) that are braised or welded onto the ends. I've had four of these done and I'm living with two right now, so its a proven modification (I know I posted up pic up here one time, but I'll be damned if I can remember where).
As for 95 rail; you are going to have to allow for an external AFPR regardless of what rail you choose.
