It is unlikely you find anyone on this board that has a 2.4L ECU installed. That being said it is also safe to bet that the 2.4L ECU will not work with your 2.0 harness as the pinouts are not going to match up. Even across the 2.0 ECUs there existed minor differences.
If you really want to run a 2.4L ECU and are going through the trouble of swapping out a 420a for an EDZ then why not swap the engine harness as well?
Other things to be taken into consideration as well such as tach wires, fan relays, peripherals etc.
