I've pulled with the tranny and without. Several times. I say leave the tranny in there. run4cvr and I got her out last time with the UDP still installed in less than 3 hours. I'll be sure to start the stopwatch when the new engine is ready to go in. I'm shooting for turn over in less than 4 hours. (Have to figure time to track down all the bits that have been scattered about over a month now).
