when you put a 420a valve cover on the neon DOHC head you have the same problems but plenty of neon owners are doing this because of the DOHC 16 valve engraved on the 420a cover

to cure the problem a little bit of red silicon around the plugs gaskets and you fill the 2 bolt holes in the middle around the plugs holes with epoxy
