I think i have it figured out but i need some input. One of my buddies pointed out some circular scoring in the bellhousing. It corresponds directly to the bolts on the diff. I took a look at the bearings, and it looks like the one that seats in the bellhousing is pressed about 2mm down on the shaft, the opposite bearing is flush with the shaft. The bearing also looks like it has some flat spots on the inside of the rotating part. Any input? I'd really like to get this shit figured out before saturday so i can throw it back together. Also the big gear on the diff has chunks on almost every other gear missing. all of the chunks are on the top side of the teeth if you're looking down into the trans. thanks in advance guys.
