Either way, I got mine with the removable steel insert for about $100 and the only time it EVER shredded a belt is when I failed to noticed oil on the pulley and the tensioner getting looser. So one PS belt in a year? Sounds good to me.

This has been discussed - the Neon pulleys use a 4 rib belt for both the alternator as well as the AC/PS belts, where the 2GNT uses a 5 rib for the outer belt. Will it work? Yes, but you cannot use the belt width intended for a 2GNT.
