I think the reason why you can't find them anymore is because the platform is rather old thus making it a difficult to non-existent profitable venture. On top of that, taking specific requests for PS/AC, just PS, etc. will make it harder to market to the general 'tuner'.

Bottom line is cost of production, selling, shipping and materials, (basically your total cost) and since this is an 'interference fit' part, tolerances will need to be precise - thus trial/error/testing of the prototype before giving the shop the green light for mass production. Since you're designing them yourself, thats a good bit of cost reduction. Get a few quotes from several shops within a 50 mile radius and negotiate your lowest price from there. ok i'll stop talking now lol
