Update: I remembered reading that even though 2nd place doesn't get a trophy, you are supposed to get a payout, and I actually did...
.. for $15! It's pro rated to the number of people who sign up for the class, and with only about 8 people signed up, I guess that's as good as it gets.
I know one of the really fast classes had only 3 people sign up. I guess most people figured they couldn't compete so they didn't bother.
