im sure you could get a 4" to fit, but there may be some custom work involved. youll probably have to build a baffle for the 4" out of MDF and then affix it on top of the regular opening somehow.

why are you putting the midbass in the kickpanels? they matter the least when it somes in imaging and staging. put the 4"and tweet in the kicks, and the 6.5" in the door. put a deflex pad in the door skin behind the midbass and seale the door off w/ some damping material. that should sound GREAT and be easier than having to build custom kicks AND dash.
