#13082, "Spring suggestions"

I am tryin to determine what set of springs i should get to drop my car...I have 18s wit 35 series tires, and i have HKS Hiper exhuast that hangs below the rear crossmember. I do a lot of driving on highways, and i go trough places with speedbumps often. I assume most people will say to get a prokit, and that is what i will most likely get. My only thing is, is that there is a package with tokico springs and shocks at MACHV.com for 400 bucks, seems like a good deal to me. The springs drop the car 1.5 inches. Any input on what springs/shocks to get will be great, and also where from. Also, how bad will i need to get a camber kit and everything if i olny drop an inch or so?

You can also do the H&R OEM springs which lower about an inch. Your camber shouldn't be too bad with either the pro-kits or the OEMs, but camber kits are always a good idea. MOre important than the camber is getting your alignment squared away. That is what really eats away at tires.

I have the prokits and my rear camber was off -1 so i did the $15 camber mod and it corrected it well enough with that and the alignment. I think they give a nice drop and good handling. I also hear that the h&rs are about equally nice.
