it was a blown head gasket........it should have been replaced on my 60,000 mile service but i don't think it was done....mechanic said my pistons/cyl walls and internals looked fine...i'm replacing my piston rings just in case though....also replacing my valves....guess i'm not upgrading internals just yet....really didn't plan on running more boost so that's fine...just upgrade my injectors and get S-AFC and i'll be done with my engine (i think)......so our internals really can hold the boost......can't wait to see how my car feels with my compression up.

i was only running like 8lbs of boost....costing me aobut 1200 bucks with parts and labor...if i did the inernals (JE pistons, crower rods) it would have jumped it up like to $2700!

How long were you boosting 8psi before you experienced your headgasket problems ??
