this is prob a bit late for this post, but clean out your intercooler too while you're at it (changing the UIC pipe). there's a great "how to" on www.vfaq.com, and since you have the wheel off anyways, you may as well do it, esp. on a 95. It only takes about 30min, but allow yourself an hour if you havne't done it before (taken out the IC).
This also gives the RTV you're going to use (right?!? right?!?) on your BOV gasket time to set before you drive it. Its easier to avoid temptation to drive when you're doing something else!

Well for a 1g I would just make my own pipe from 90 and 45 degree bend pipes. However, 2g pipes are a little harder to fabricate. My upper IC pipe for my SMIC setup cost me $45.

As Jeff said, fabricating an UIC pipe for the 1g is a great and cheap route to go. I got a 45* and 90* 2.5" bend from RRE and for $20 in labor plus whatever the bends cost, I had a completely custom UIC pipe. It took a bit of time to measure everything out, but the money I saved made it very very much worth it.
