Ok This is what I have done in this order.
K&N Air intake
1. NGK BPR7ES Plugs (the colder ones)
2. Magnecor Wires
3. Greddy Upper and lower IC pipes
4. Greddy Type-S BOV
5. Walbro 255
6. Piller pod with all guages.
7. Hallman MBC @ 15 pounds
8. Apexi S-AFC
9. Tuned by Motec through TURBOTRIX

I had all the work done at turbo trix but here are my questions.

1. The lower nipple from the BOV they disconnected and now the BOV is mad quiet after each shift...

2. For running 15 pounds it quick but I expected more....

3. The air/fuel is constantly moving...from what i read tahst normal.....

My EGT guage at 90 mph reads at 14 is that wayyyy too hot? but cruising at 60 its at 10....

MAJOR TIA!!!

My 2gnt will forever be missed.....

Having the lower nipple disconnected is fine. with no exhaust I'm not suprised it doesn't feel much faster. Having the A/F jump around is normal. the EGT's at 90 are a little high I would add some fuel there if you go that fast all the time.

1400F? 1500F is perfectly fine and normal for EGT temps on the highway. Unless the probe is in your downpipe or something, 1400 is fine, and actually a bit on the cool side. (Which is ok, though your gas mileage will suffer). Do you have a datalogger of some sort to help tune? Also how far is the probe from the engine block?

I was tuned by Motec at turbotrix, I have a s-afc. the probe is by the lower right part of the headers about 4 inchs from the block.
