I am getting new tires in a week. I have a size question. I want to get 50 series tires. I currently have the stock 205/55/16's I also have a pro kit on my car. Will the 50 series tires make the gap huge? If so I am going with the stock size.

If you're getting 225/50s the wheel gap size will be exactly the same. The actual sidewall height is almost exactly the same for a 225/50 as for a 205/55.

If you're getting a 205/50 then the sidewall will be shorter and the wheel gap will be bigger, but not by alot, you could get away with it, especially with the pro kit.
