#22054, "Pictures with 17s or 18s with 2" drop springs like sprint"

I just bought a set of 18s and plan on putting 225/40/18 tires on them. I searched for the info i wanted and found pretty much everything i needed to know. The only request i have is can someone post a pic of their car with these springs or a 2" drop and 17" or 18" wheels so i can look at how low i can expect my car to be.
Appreciate it.

that helps me a little. as you can see from my sig i live in the mountains. i just dont wanna be too low and tear my car up. i used to live in NC and had an accord that was lowered 3" and never had a problem with it around there. but i live in CO now and road construction is a season here along with winter. so i might try to raise it up a bit with a thicker spring bushing at the top of the strut.

Anyone else post some pics for me

"225/40/18 Tires on 18" wheels with a 2" drop on H&R stage 3 race springs."

Thats exactly what i needed Fusion. i really appreciate it. I think i can handle that. I have sprint springs and tokico HP struts and ive heard the sprints might sag. i think i can handle the drop as long as they dont sag. If so ill just put some spring boosters in there to help me out and save some money for prokits. I also have 2 tokico 1.5" springs for the rear but im having a hard time finding the front 2. If i ever find then i may swap them out and sell the sprints. No one will sell me just 2 springs. I gotta buy the whole set.

on a side note my wheels are 18 X 8 with a 38 offset and im more than likely gonna run a 225/40/18. lookin at maybe a 235/40/18 but they are twice the price cause they arent a widely manufactured tire. kinda specialty. but will i be ok dropped 2 inches with a 38 offset. dont want the tires smashing into the fenders.

Thanks

No question about it, you'll have to roll the rear fenders.

Here is a picture of my car with a 1.5" drop. I also agree that a 2" drop is way too much especially in New Jersey where the roads are heavily traveled (lots of bumps, ruts, potholes, construction, snow).

My setup is:
Tokico Illuminas with Tokico Springs
Racing Hart 18" C2 Evolutions
Toyo Proxies 225/40/18

With this setup and my fiberglass front, it leaves me about 4" of ground clearance.
