ok, caliper is off, caliper mounting bracket is off, then you should get something to use leverage and kinda pry/pull the rotor off. it seems like it's on there by a bolt or something but it's just wear and tear on that makes it stiff on there. so the two bolts that hold the caliper to the bracket. the 2 bolts that hold the mounting bracket to wheel assembly, then the rotor should come off with a little force. hope it helps.

oh yeah, b/c you can just undo the two bolts on the caliper mounting bracket then the mounting bracket and caliper come off as one. oh well, same process, just a little faster.

When I did mine, I had to blast the rotors with a butane torch near the center and get them nice and hot while I wacked them from behind with a mallet before they would budge.

try prying it off. stick a big screw driver behind the rotor and pull from the top, then the side, then bottom, then other side, and so on. it will come off.

Try this:
http://www.vfaq.com/mods/BrakeRotors.html
It worked for me when I put on GSX brakes in the front last week.
