What is norwalk's regulation on helmets and laptops.

Is it mandatory all drivers wear a helmet, only 11.99 and faster?

What is the regulation on a laptop, it is required to be physically mounted to the vehicle? Can it be sitting on the passenger seat unsecured? Do you have to seatbelt it in?

Norwalk has little to no tech inspection. They let people race in shorts, couples, as well as letting kids tagalong.

they will check for helmet if you dip in the 11's. other than that, you are fine.
