for some reason i don't know why i'm not getting power to my starter solenoid. i'm got power to the starter but not the solenoid. got the starer tested its fine. starter relay is fine, battery is new, ignition is good. not sure what it could be, if anyone has any ideas i'll be glad to listen.

You get power to the starter because it's a direct feed from the battery. The solenoid gets power from the ignition switch in the crank position. Test the solenoid lead on the ignition switch with a voltmeter. If you get power directly from the ignition switch but not to the solenoid look for a break in the line.
