Where have you been purchasing your previous sensors? Are you replacing them with the same style/manufacturer?

it is the factory oe replacement that you get at any autozone and is put back in the stock location but is in an obx intake manifold

Try getting a REAL OEM unit from the dealer. The "OE" units at vatozone are from some aftermarket manufacturer that copied the OEM unit.

i had the same exactly problem with my 96 turbo'd gs and i kept throwing IAT sensor codes... i replaced it and for a while it kept coming back till i went to autozone and had them delete all my CEL's and then i never had that code come back... but simply taking the neg battery off didnt erase the code so maybe try that??? please let us know if you find anything out...
