#1701, "clutch fluid everywhere"

ok, so here's the scenerio. i just got a brand new clutch like 3 months ago. and i haven't redlined it until like about 2-3 weeks ago. i then realized taht my clutch is slipping. then about a week ago, my car starting to smoke up really bad, and i thought that it was some oil left that was being burnt on the exaust. i now find out that its my clutch fluid coming from sumwhere below my battery between the battery and my engine (something like that) and its getting all under my car and burning up when it its the cat. it likes sooo bad everywhere i park. i have to fill it up like every drive. and 2day, there was a big poof, and smoke everywhere, and then i coudn't get in gear. then when i parked and put in more fluid, i could get in gear again, but not very smooth. anyone got any ideas where im leaking from? thanks

It's either leaking up by the reservoir, master cylinder, or along the lines.

I bet it is your slave cylinder. Check your clutch fluid is it dirty? If it is then your clutch fluid is mixing with the grease from your slave cylinder via seals are damaged. In any case get someone to pump your clutch while you look under at the slave. It's a pretty straight forward job to change it out...two bolts hold it on and the slave cylinder cost like $80. Get it from chrysler cuz mitsu is more expensive.
