Well. Finally got almost ALL the bugs worked outta the tranny. TUrned out that the whole problem since the beginning was a kinked cooling line. Fried everything inside I suppose. Found it yesterday, had known it was always there just didnt know it was a tranny cooling line. The shop I got my tranny replaced and whatever at gave me a free cooler up front and they used those lines. For what reason I dunno. Anyway, i took it back yesterday and had em replace all the lines with full rubber lines. They did it, and it improved my driving greatly. Before when coming to a stop, the tranny would slam into gear, lacking fluid I assume. Now it stops fairly smooth.

PS - moral of the story, check your cooling line . btw my car is awesome now on the interstate with that cooler up front}(

Glad to hear its all working now joe . I felt a difference when I added the front cooler the tranny seemed to shift much smoother. Now just add in a remote filter before some little piece of metal starts this whole story over again .

damn ^^^^ thats a good idea. That and a fluid temp guage are on my list. I bet if i bought the guage the mechanic would install it for free. They've been really good with helping out so far.

If you get the remote filter kit Summit makes, there is a perfect spot for the tranny temp. sensor in the mount itself. No modifications required. Here is another pic. The sensor is in the middle.

I dont have that filter yet, mounted the cooler up front in frunta the condenser. works really well on the interstat . cant wait to get a guage. just dont wanna dish out a ton of cash...

If your interested I have an autometer silver face silver bezel ( ultralite) gauge with a brand new probe. Just went with all Apex'i gauges. make an offer.
