Hey man I know u posted this before but how did u get the tire rack out of the spare tire well?? I am gonna build a box for it and I was wondering how u got it out. Thanx.

It's a pain, but you have to drill out all the spot welds, then wedge and hammer it off. Then use some cold weld (metal) to fill in the holes...good luck
dude goto a garage and ask them if they have a whiz wheel if they do ask them to cut off the stuff that's stickin up outta the floor. takes ten minutes

Hey I don't think it's that easy to just cut it off. We did it at a body shop, and had full access to all the air tools etc. If we had cut it off, then we would have to grind down whatevers left over, which would make huge holes in the bottom of the spare tire well. Then the holes would have to be welded, which I did not really want to do. Also, cutting metal is a little scary for me hehe...
