Hows it going? I was reffered to this forum by a few people that are probably already on here...not sure of their forum name though. I got a 2gnt(of course) a few months ago for a daily not a bad price at the time...lol. Its a 97 red exterior with grey interior....automatic (hey its a daily) Kinda wish I got a manual though...oh well. Ill get some pics of it up soon. Ive pretty much done a full tune up to the car(mainly case the previous owner did nothing to it). Replace timing belt, all new plugs, wires, pcv valve, O2 sensor and usual fluids except the tranny which is next on my list. Also had to buy a new radiator. There are a few bugs im still trying to work out but Ill put that in the tech section. L8tr


Oh and if ur wondering as for my user name...I use to own a 3rd gen silver rx7. I blew the turbos on it, which is when I got the eclipse as a daily. I have that name on a few forums so I just kept it. Sold it last Jan. and decided to take a break from rx's for a while.

Nice car, it’s hard to find eclipses now days without shit being done to em’, lol

I use to have those same dice except they were black, it was nice having them till I cranked up the bass nd ripped a chunk off glass off with the mirror. Never put em’ back on since.

And about your friend, did he happen to have a 3g rx7??

Yeah it was a 3rd gen rx7...silver. Mine ntil I decided to sell it...lol. Still miss it.

Damn that's one sick rx7 without all the rice. I guess when you add body kits to imports its suppose to add like 50 hp, but i guess its just me. You have any goals for the 2gnt?

EDIT: I like this gen of rx7's alot better then the 2g's...was about to buy one.

not much really. I want to keep it as stock as possible. Ill probably get some basic rims and lower it an inch or 2...install a new radio and I just got 2 12" subs and an amp for free...so might end up throwing that in there.

Im not really big on subs, especially 12" subs...but who can beat free...lol. Oh I want to get a new paint job...nothing major just enough to bring it back to life...lol.
