Hi I am Matt I own a 1998 dodge avenger 420a, I was told to go here since this is more of a 420a site than others. I plan on swaping the stock 420a out with a turbo 2.4l, so if anyone has tips trick and hints please post.

Do a shit ton of reading on what you can do with a 2.4, it's not a straight drop in. You can't use a 2.4 turbo block because it won't bolt up to your trans bellhousing and the 2.4 trans is too big to fit in our cars. Also the 2.4 heads and manifolds won't fit, and the list goes on. I do know that you need an earlier 2.4 block and you can use the 2.4 turbo internals along with your 2.0 head and related items.
