yes i hooked that up along time ago and its been working. without the profec b i only get 4 psi in 3rd 4th and 5th. its either the piping or the wastegate actuator but i guess its the piping since i have the boost controller.????

check around the exhaust manifold and any areas for boost leak.

i have no leaks anywhere, my car works without the intercooler. do the pipes have to be a certain size diameter or something? who has done this themselves and knows alittle about it?

That's probably part of your problem. Changes in pipe size can seriously effect the airflow through your pipes. Most people go with 2" turbo to IC, and then 2.25" IC to TB.

Have you pressure tested your piping? If not, do a search and find my post on how to make the pressure tester and pressure test your system. if your boost is that screwy, i'd bet you're leaking somewhere.

let me know..

sorry everyone gots better answers than me but haha my piping is like 2 inches in some places and 2.5" in other and it worx fine hehe. Except I have a somewhat studdering BOV, probably because the piping is too big for 5psi.
