More upgrades will I need to get the stage V I'm saving up for to work with my engine safely?
1999 AUTOMATIC gs. BONE STOCK
Tranny Upgrades?
Tranny Fluid Coolers?
What would I need for the actualy engine that doesn't come with the HRC kit?

The stage 5 setup comes with everything you'll need, period. There's other things you can get to make it work better, but it's complete.

HRC stage V comes with every single thing in it that you will need to operate safely under 15psi normal gas and 30psi race gas. But if you really want to spend some money you can get an aftermarket exhaust, air/fuel and egt gauges, nos kit, cams, cam gears, valve springs and retainers and some slicks. =) just some suggestions...good luck
