98375, Zeitronix gauge for 52mm pod and zt-2

Just to let anyone who's interested know. In February, zeitronix is going to be coming out with a gauge that will plug into any zt-2 and will mount in a normal gauge pod. Will display a/f or lambda

I can't wait since I passed up the display. I may just get rid of my egt gauge in addition to my narrowband and replace with a boost gauge and the wideband gauge. I won't be able to see my egt's anymore, but I'll still be able to log them

Yeah I JUST saw that on their mainpage. I am getting my full zeitronix setup with map sensor and EGT tomorrow actually and wondered if its possible to have a splitter going to the multi screen AND to a 52mm gauge. It's just easier to read the AF's with the new one but I still want to be able to 'glance' at my egt's and stuff on the multi screen.
Maybe mount the new gauge on the steering column and the multi screen down by the radio or something, ya know.

I was trying to figure a solution to this too. I think I might just get rid of my egt gauge but get the warning light they offer. This way although I won't see them unless if I'm logging with my laptop, I'll still know if they get too high.

do any of you guys have a autometer egt probe on the zeitronix . im asking because i couldnt get mine to fit on the pins that plug into the zeitronix connector . i was wondering if anyone else had that problem? the probe wire is to thick to crimp the pins on it seems.

you can split and use both gauge and lcd . the gauge has the same telephone cable i believe . you can either connect it in place of the logger jack or buy a cheap 3 way phone cable splitter from radio shack and run all 3 .

hmmm, well that may change my plan. I have an autometer and was planning on this, if I can get it to work, I'll let you know, won't be trying for a month or so though.
