Anyone?I have another question, would a WB02 be needed for a non adjustable fmu?I dont know which route to go S-FMU or FMU. I'm going to be staying at 7-8 psi for a while with stock injectors or 30lbs someone please help im confused.

thanks but that still doesnt answer my question im wanting to run 30lb injectors off of a fmu for ease of installation /no tuning but i dont know what disk i need im assuming a 10:1 because they arent much bigger than the stockers 235cc vs. 310cc if this is even possible, thanks

You missed the point, you wont be able to idle with 30# injectors with a non ajustable fmu.

oh so pretty much my only way is to go with 12:1 fmu for now and upgrade to sfmu/30lb later how about 275cc injectors? im tired and i cant make sense out of most of that

If you're gonna use a fmu, keep the stock injectors, use a 12:1 disk and come to terms with running ONLY 6-8 PSI. You had better have a high flow fuel pump because your fuel pressure is going to be over 100PSI.

Looks like yellow tops are rated at 19#, just about the same as your stockers.

At least do a search on the subject before posting an incorrect answer.

We started doing this a long time ago. I just typed in "FMU" in a search and pulled up a few years worth of good info.
I ran this setup running 10 psi daily (12 psi on C16) and got 15K miles on the stock motor before cracking a few ringlands. If I had to do it over again, I would have never turned it up past 8 psi. I remember my egt would not go above 1500F at 8psi boost on a star turbo kit with front mount. I never knew what my AF was back in the day. My plugs looked good at 7-8psi.
I also never touched the gas pedal when starting the car. In the winter, it would quit and then when I started it again, it would stay running. Once it warmed up and my ecu pulled the required fuel from the larger injectors it drove great. My fuel mileage never suffered.

Sorry man, my bad. But that being said I still wouldn't do it if it were my car. You're on the very edge of what the ecu can pull.

What turbo? (16G)
I never messed with the Vortech FMU with a 16G or 20G turbo. I have no idea what disk/ring combo would work to give you the right amount of fuel.
To do it right with a FMU, I would definitely consider a wideband, EGT, and datalogging software. We used to do quite a bit of guessing back in the day, and now we all have built motors and are still learning new lessons.
I would also not do any guessing with your 30LB injectors. Make sure they flow like they are suppose to or buy new off the shelf. Accel domestic 30LB injectors are not that expensive and work very well. I had two friends blow their engines due to wrong injectors. How much is your stock engine worth to you?...only you know the answer.

Yeah ive got a super 16g turbo ill probabally go 12:1 with stock injectors right now.Im going with an egt and when i upgrade to somthing adjustable like the sfmu, 8 injector or portfueler ill probabally be getting a WB02.
