i bought a turboxs rfl imitation and i took it apart,its got a fairly stiff spring and 3 washers inside,how many washers should i use on 6-8 psi? all 3 seems like itd be hard to open,and does anyone know how to get the flange out of the bottom??

i finally got the round flange out of the bottom,reason i need it out is the flange is for wrx,so how will i go about welding this to my ic piping? i think ill need an elbow or it looks as if itd hit the hood
