The #1 MOST IMPORTANT thing is finding out how you're going to manipulate your fuel tom compensate for the extra air. That means using a boost dependent fuel pressure regulator, upgraded fuel pump, and all the fitting and lines in-between, not to mention an electronic device to fool your map aensor of the boost that's being sent through your intake plenum.

The turbo, manifold and piping are of the LEAST of your concerns. That's the easy stuff...

102, Tommyboy and Martin are your best bets on this...

These two are probably your best bets on a custom setup. They've both successfully made custom setups. MArtin, in particular has managed to make two separate setups. It may be routine for him by now. ;-)

Yes skrilla's right. I just got a hold of a deal on a HRC stage 2, and hope to have it in the next week or so. It was too good of a deal to pass up. I did however have 90 % of my custom kit built, just needed the manny and D/ pipe. So I decided to sell all that stuff ang go with the HRC. If you still need the parts list of what you need, feel free to drop me a E-mail and I will help as much as possible.
Good luck and SEE YA!!!!!!!!MWC

Don't take this the wrong way, BUT...IF you have to ask this question...You probably shouldn't try to tackle this one. Leave it to the pro's and get a kit and/or take it to a good shop.

I recommend that you buy a kit if you are not really sure what
you are doing in building a turbo kit, i'll be much easier that way..

Here is what my kit consists of:

t3 turbo
internal wastegate
Revhard turbo manifold
Turbonetics bov
starion intercooler (modded)
vortech fmu (10:1)
hypertech inline fuel pump
2.25" rubber hose from NAPA part# 029789302675 (to connect ic pipes)
steel braided fuel lines (not necessary)
steel braided oil pressure line
oil return line to oil pan (pan needs to be tapped)
U-Bends / J-Bends (mandrel bent) from jegs (for ic piping / downpipe)
couple of checkvalves for the map sensor
at least 5 feet of vacuum line

Okay i guess thats pretty much it !
