I have a fully built 420a with a star stage 2 kit and I am going to go with the portfueler system.Just wondering if anyone has used it and what kind of numbers they put down ?

I know several people use it, Thura put down 398whp with it, I have it and it works really well, it will be for sale within the next couple weeks though, switching over to MSnS.

I don't have a dyno number, but it has work pretty good for me. Mine is custom made, but same idea. What is the highest boost you can run with the portfueler? Isn't 20 psi?

It's 27psi

That's pretty good. You will have good results. But really it's all in the tunning.

Oh I thought he was asking what the MAP sensor that comes with portfueler can read up to, which is 27psi, sorry I should've been more clear, yes you are very correct about the different air flows.

I'm talking about the amount of boost that the map sensor inside the unit can hold. I'm not taking about the boost for a specific engine/turbo setup. I know the amount of air at a set boot pressure will vary depending on the compressor size. Example 16g vs. sc-61 vs. t25. What I meant is that 27psi is a good range of boost pressure to play with. That also depends on the size of fuel injectors. I never talk about turbo size or engine setup. Just that he will have a good range of boost pressure to play with.

I'll post up in the F/S section so just keep an eye out there, the only thing that won't go with it will be the 1:1 regulator as I will be needing that.

Just an fyi I have an 8 inj setup for sale now if either of you are intrested. Same system just different componets. It was acctually around before the Port fuler. It's in the FS section now if your intrested... I ran this on my star kit for 2+years.. great system.

Unfortunately I never got any...lol Never went to the dyno to measure the output, and when I went to the track I poped my turbo outlet elbow at 18lbs of boost. Never made it back to the track with that setup, but it was balls fast at 18PSI on the street...

so all u had was the fpr an the 8 inj setup. Did u have it tuned

Yeah it was tuned quite well for not having a WB02 readout. It was tuning by EGT and NB02...
