Well to sum it up the turbo went, still not sure why, but in the end the whole thing went and sent parts into the drain line. So after I got increased blow by and burning oil I went to take it apart and put on the new head. (courtsey of sitnlo's part out. 1mm oversize valves, pt lifters rockers, crower springs retainers, port and polish, used the stock cams.) When I pulled the air filter I saw this
After that I knew it was not burnt valve seals. Upon further inspection the carnage looked like this...












When I dropped the pan to get the trash out I found a nice suprize, a broken oil pick up tube...

Thank god the block looked great!!!!



I'm glad I had an excuse to buy a new toy... it's a new ceramic BB turbonetics unit, 0 miles, from donnyb..



This little shiney dot tells you it's a BB unit, you can barley see it, I thought I took a better pick but I guess not, look hard you can see it in the drain there...

In my old drain you can see there is no shiney dot.

So when it started up it fired on the first crank and the MS is fueling it right. I have been running 15PSI out of the box and it is awesome. A new head fairly new P&P mani & 60mm TB from jwoodley, along with the new turbo this thing feels like a brand new car. I used the new tensioner from PD when I put it together. I get no noises and the belt tracks properly so I think all is well with it. It has been taking some abuse already I went through a 1/4 tank of gas in 85 miles...lol Up next is MS spark and then I think she will be ready for some dyno time... Don't know what the trim on the turbo is so there is no telling what to expect, but the butt dyno is in heaven right now...lol
