The IC. Taking your bumper off for the first time is a major pain.

Yes, you have to drill the oil pan, but that's not that hard to do. The pan comes off easily after you remove the stock downpipe and center member. It's only like 15 10mm bolts and it falls on your head..

The hardest thing for me was taking off the down pipe... struggled with it for 3 hours.. left it over night and tried again, but nothing (don't have blowtorch) so had to saw it off and take it to muffler shop. the onlything with the oil pan is, DOUBLE CHECK WHERE YOU ARE GOING TO DRILL TO MAKE SURE YOU DRILL IN THE RIGHT SPOT.

Hardest thing to do is taking off that damn exhuast manifold and getting the star manifold, turbo, and downpipe to fit nicely. The fuel system would be the next, it gets kind technical, especially if you want to do the rewire fuel pump mod. Oh yeah almost forgot hehe taking off the oil sensor is a bitch also, even with the socket, just be careful with it because I broke mine :P The oil pan wasn't too tuff for me, haha just make sure you don't drill too far off course, you don't have that much room for error.

lol, i broke my oil pressure sensor too, haha. 40 bux for a new one :/

and u dont have to remove the center cross member to get the oil pan out. two of the bolts are a bitch, but we did it w/o removing the cross member.

vc1 is not hard at all.. you get a diagram with it that tells u how to wire it to your CPU. no biggie.

I had no problems removing the oilpan without taking the center member off. Hardest part for me was getting the a manifold bolt out. the rest was easy (had a header on). Taking the front off was a bitch and I didn't even have any piping to run (yeah I fronted for a while 1rst).

After working on my car all the time... I can remove my bumper in about 8-10 min and reinstall in about the same... The first time I removed the stock bumper, it took me about 45 minutes. The first time I removed the Stillen front fascia it took about 30 min.

Removing the front is easy. Cutting up the front, refitting, measuring, cutting the bumper, figuring out why it still does not look perfectly even. :(

maybe the question should be,"what's the hardest thing to take off"...everything was pretty easy to install, but getting some o' those old ass rusty, and warped bolts can be a real pain.
