It looks like a throttle body to me.
That would be a massive ass cam sensor.

You guys are silly. How the hell could you even run a tb on the exhaust side of a head? Anyways...it just looks like a shiny CAS to me. He modified it obviously, but for what purpose, I have no idea.

yea who knows :shrug
neon guy ran a similar setup, it was for ignition control. this thing just looks dumb though, and the CAS signal is for the fuel injection anyway.
