I am getting a rebuilt 420a engine put in my car. It is rebuilt to stock specifications. My question is should I wait and break in the engine before I put a turbo kit on there.

This is not the right forum. They are all clearly labelled as to what you should talk about in them, and people are more likely to answer you if you put your questions in the right forum.
performance/engine or turbo forum would have been a better place for this. There has been a lot of debate about this before. There is a search button, search for "break in" or "break in turbo" something along those lines to FIND your answer.

Yeah just don't boost high.

If you are going to run an engine turbo, break it in boosted.
