i tried searching for people in my situation to no avail...
whats going on guys, im pretty much a BANME! concerning turbos, but i just got me this turbo that came off a gst:

now what im wondering is what i am going to need to put this onto my rs, what kind of parts and work are going to be required? will it just bold on with the current manifold?

In before the lock :P Ummm... you coulda chose a better turbo, unless you know what your goals are (I've got a T25 for my setup, but I know where I'm going with it) You're probably going to need a rebuild on that, plus a turbo manifold, plus an appropriate fuel system, plus... well, get the picture. Long and the short of it, any member that has to post this question is most definately not ready to turbo their vehicle. Now if you go spend about three weeks reading everything you can on this site, you will be ready and able to spew forth from the intraweb and venture out into the land of fruitful boost! If at this point you don't know what you will need to do that kind of modification, you are much better off starting with a GST in the first place. Trying to install that will be like opening pandora's box. Getting a GST/GSX will probably save you a LOT of money in the long run.
