This is debatable based on type of oil and grade of oil used, time of year, and just day to day.
at times my oil pressure is in those specs and at times they are not, ive seen idle oil pressures of 10psi and than normal driving conditions bring it back up to 45-55 ish, wot is usually around 65-70 under boost for me. but ive seen people with idle pressures of less than 5psi with no issues. ???

5 PSI of oil pressure at idle is really low... I could see that happening if the engine idles at 400 RPM's and the oil as hot as all heck, or if something is wrong.
